· I agree not to reproduce or publish any photos or personal data contained on any pages and I will be subject for criminal theft charges and civil federal copyright violations if I do.

We will not accept pics for profiles that are offensive or illegal. There is to be no private contact information or links to other sites listed on any profile. This includes email addresses, phone numbers etc.

Should you choose to cancel your profile when you still have valid subs they will be forfeited. There are no circumstances under which subs will be refunded.

Whilst Brizzy Bangers supports smaller private house parties and the placement of their details on the bulletin board we do not support the free advertising of commercial enterprises with registered businesses and their own web sites. The lone exception to this is Diversionz, the venue we use for our parties. Brizzy Bangers also does not support the advertisement of their details in any form on our website either in the forums or in profiles. Any information will be removed firstly with a written warning being sent to the relevant parties and then further non-compliance will be met with removal of the profile from Brizzy Bangers with no refunds of any paid membership fees.
